JCMFX Bonus Terms and Conditions

  1. These Terms and Conditions (“the Terms”) for the basis of the JCMFX promotional Bonus offer, whereby Eligible Clients of JCMFX may be rewarded with a credit bonus per Live Account (the “Offer”).
  1. Taking part in this Offer constitutes acceptance of these Terms. JCMFX reserves the right to alter, amend or terminate this offer or any aspect of it, at any time and without prior notice. JCMFX may make changes to these Offer Terms and will notify you of these changes by posting modified Terms on the JCMFX website. We recommend that you revisit these Terms regularly, and by your continued use of the JCMFX website and services you accept any such modified Terms.
  1. JCMFX reserves the right, at JCMFX sole discretion, to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the operation of the Offer, or breaches the Offer Terms or our Contracts for Difference Agreement.
  1. Any dispute or situation not covered by these Offer Terms will be resolved by JCMFX management in a manner it deems to be the fairest to all concerned. That decision shall be final and/or binding on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into.
  1. If these Offer Terms are translated into a language other than English, then the English version of the Terms shall prevail where there is an inconsistency.
Conditions of Eligibility
  1. Subject to all other Terms, the Offer is available to Clients who have satisfied the Eligibility Criteria for the Offer (“Eligible Client”) as set out in clause 7 below.
  1. The Eligibility Criteria for the Offer are:
  • That it shall only apply to JCMFX Clients that have a Live account (this includes existing Live account holders, new Clients that open a Live account*)
  • That the Client must elect to opt-in to take part in the Offer by expressly confirming their decision on the Offer landing page on the JCMFX website;
  • That the Client makes a new deposit into their Live account/s after opting-in to the Offer;
  • That a Client must trade a set number of standard lot round turn transactions over the lot transaction period or their reward will be forfeited at the end of each lot transaction period. Upon forfeiture of the reward the Client will no longer be eligible to continue to participate in the Bonus Offer (please see below for promotional period and calculation of credit bonus details).
  • Bonus will be credited to the account upon email request to
  • If the Client starts trading before he requests his Bonus, the Client will not be entitled to the Bonus.
  • Bonus is only applicable to Standard, ECN and VIP Accounts, and does not include STP accounts.

    * Opening a Live Account equals to a completed and submitted online application form, a signed paper application form, proof of identity and proof of address to be scanned or photographed and sent to JCMFX.
The Offer
  1. The Credit Bonus becomes available for withdrawal as soon as the conditions in paragraph 9 are satisfied within one Lot Calculation Period.
  1. Subject to all other Terms, any Credit Bonus due to an Eligible Client will be calculated on the following basis:
  • Start Trading and receive up to 100% Bonus on your first Deposit!
  • Fund your new trading account with a minimum of $100 and instantly receive a bonus of up to 100% on your first deposit!
  • The maximum total Bonus that can be claimed is USD 1,000 per Client.
Further Conditions
  1. Bonus is given after completion of lots required;
  2. Bonus can only be withdrawn if the required lots have been completed;
  3. JCMFX has the right to deny any bonus in case trader breaches Terms & Conditions and or Customer agreement or abuses terms of bonus;
  4. Trader has a time frame of 30 days to complete required volume in order to collect bonus from the date of first deposit.
  5. Only one credit bonus is payable per Eligible Client.
  6. Transfers between accounts will not count as new deposits or be included in the total net deposit value for the purposes of this Offer.
  7. The transfer of rewards between accounts is not permitted.
Definition of ‘Period’
  1. The Promotional Period consists of the following:
  • The "Deposit Period" (the period during which qualifying deposits may be made) runs from the mentioned date; and
  • The "Lots Calculation Period" runs for one calendar month from the day after a qualifying deposit is made. The final Lots Calculation Period is from the date the client does the first deposit within the mentioned period.
Risk Warning Trading in the foreign exchange markets on margin carries a high level of risk, and may not be suitable for all individuals. The high degree of leverage offered in the Forex markets can work against you as well as for you. Before deciding to trade in the foreign exchange markets you should carefully consider your investment objectives, you level of experience, and your risk appetite. The possibility exists that you could sustain a loss of some or all of your equity and therefore you should not invest money that you cannot afford to lose. Only true excess disposable cash should be used in trading. You should make yourself aware of all the risks associated with foreign exchange trading and seek advice from an independent financial advisor if you have any questions or concerns as to how a loss would affect your lifestyle.

JCMFX reserves the right to remove part of, or the full Welcome Bonus without prior notice in the following cases:
  • If the Balance of the Trading Account falls below the amount of the initial deposit as a result of a withdrawal request, or an internal transfer request, the Welcome Bonus will be revoked or reduced accordingly. The Client is specifically warned that there might be a technical delay between the execution of a withdrawal / internal transfer request and the removal/adjustment of the Welcome Bonus. The Client shall not be authorised to use the Credit Bonus in this period. JCMFX reserves the right to decline and/or void any transactions placed in the period between the withdrawal / internal transfer request and the removal/adjustment of the Welcome Bonus, as those orders shall be considered to be using a Credit Bonus without authorisation.
  • If the Equity of your Trading Account falls to an amount equal to your Welcome Bonus.
  • If the Bonus has not been converted to Balance after 1 month since the date it was credited to the Trading Account.
  • If JCMFX suspects the client is engaged in unethical or questionable trading methods.
  • JCMFX will not be liable for any losses caused by Welcome Bonus removal / revocation, or adjustment.
The Client has the right to request the Welcome Bonus to be removed / Cancelled at any time by sending a request to The Client is specifically warned that the Removal of any or all of the Welcome Bonus will have a negative effect on the Client’s Margin Level and Open Positions and as a result the Trading Account might reach a Margin Call and /or Stop-Out level.  

Withdrawal of Bonus terms
  1. To withdraw the Bonus from your account you need to make transactions (number of lots) in the amount of: <Bonus Sum> * 10% = <Number of Lots>EXAMPLE: You receive $200 bonus. To withdraw the received bonus, you need to make a transaction $200 * 20% = 40 lots (only closed deals are taken into account).
  2. To be able to withdraw or convert the bonus into the withdrawable credit , the number of lots shall be made within 30 days from the date the bonus has been credited into the account.In order to withdraw the bonus funds from a trading account, the customer shall send a request to The amount of bonus should be fully available on the trading account when a manager considers the withdrawal request. The company reserves the right to decline the request for bonus withdrawal without explaining the reason.
Only trades that have a 3 pip difference between open and close price are counted towards the Volume Requirements.
  1. When a Client makes a proportional or full withdrawal from their account, the full bonus will be automatically removed from the trading account.Any bonus amount that has been removed cannot be reclaimed upon a client making subsequent deposits into the account.
  2. Furthermore, if the volume requirements are not completed then the 100% Credit Bonus can only be used for credit purposes.
  3. Once a client completes the volume requirement, they will need to send an email to requesting the bonus to be released.
